Foundations of IFS
NORTH OF NINE COLLECTIVE PRESENTS:
Welcome Home - Foundations of IFS
Join us for an introduction to shadow work through the lens of IFS: a therapeutic model of self-healing grounded in the premise that curiosity and compassion compel growth.
This 6-week trauma-informed progressive provides tools and skills to foster an inner landscape of acceptance and wellbeing.
This course will take you on a journey of self-exploration through:
Group sharing circles;
A self-study guidebook.
Group sessions will take place biweekly on Zoom, 1-on-1 therapy appointments will be booked on an individual basis.
Our next progressive will begin Spring 2022, start date TBD.
We help folks who feel stuck to
rediscover their self-worth and potential
by modelling tools for growth, so they can
step confidently towards their passion.
Angela and Robyn together hold the belief that true transformation is a two-step process: deep inner healing followed by meaningful action.
Robyn works as a psychotherapist and applies her MA in Spirituality and Counselling to help clients navigate their healing journey. Angela completed her studies in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University, and uses her training to support entrepreneurial women in bringing vision into reality.
Together, Angela and Robyn combine an introspective, compassionate approach to deep inner healing, with the tools and skills necessary to see inner transformation enacted in the outer world.
We'd love to share this teaching with folks who are:
Interested in inner healing;
Ready to invest in their own growth;
Who may or may not have a foundation in shadow work,
Are eager and willing to share feedback as we continue to develop and refine this course.
Does this sound like you?
Transform your inner landscape.
